This experience has allowed him to build effective business relationships throughout the area, which translates into a more service-oriented approach to buying and selling.
Samantha Benford began her real estate career in 2020 after spending five years in the fashion industry. Her experience in custom menswear design and personal styling instilled a customer-centric approach and sparked a true passion for sales. She met her Wilmington-native husband while they attended Auburn University and joined her father-in-law as a part of the David Benford Group. Samantha’s strong client focus coupled with the power of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand make her uniquely prepared to provide an outstanding client experience.
