Welcome to Autumn Hall
Located 1.5 miles from Wrightsville Beach off of Eastwood Road, Autumn Hall is a community of new heritage homes and village shops. The 236-acre neighborhood was built with the intent to preserve the natural landscape to the fullest possible extent. Live oaks and winding streams are incorporated into the neighborhood along with parks, gardens, salt marshes, an 8-acre lake, and outdoor trails, the community is the essence of coastal lifestyle. This community also contains Carolina Bay, a continuing care retirement community, and Headwaters, a modern apartment complex.
Autumn Hall was envisioned as a quaint but quiet neighborhood populated by homes replete in southern home building tradition. The homes were built with Cape Fear architecture in mind, establishing an open and airy theme throughout the entire community. Gas lanterns were used to convey an ambiance of warmth and depth of history that is uniquely southern. Narrow tree-lined streets, sidewalks and front facing porches were required to foster a Southerners’ sense of community and provide a comfortable place for people to sit and visit.
The first single family home in Autumn Hall was built in 2009. With a total of 173 lots, the builder team includes Autumn Hall Collection, Doster Building Co., Hardison Building, Plantation Builders, Herrington Homes, Paragon Custom Homes, and Red Star Construction. Autumn Hall is surrounded by a number of natural preservation areas, gardens, playgrounds, and beautiful scenic areas throughout the community as well as a community pool.
